Diversity is at the heart of the Alouettes’ DNA. As an organization and as citizens of the world, we strive to always support and promote inclusion and equality.

In 2023, it’s difficult to believe that racism still perseveres. Yet, it is a genuine issue many have to live with daily. But together, we can make a change, and it all starts with education and awareness.

To help you take a more active stand against racism and discrimination, our players and coaches have helped us curate a list of helpful anti-racism resources, including websites, books, documentaries, podcasts and more. We invite you to take the time to learn, reflect and take concrete actions to create real change.
