The Montreal Alouettes have named Elijah Thurmon, Alain Kashama and Walter Spencer the Alouettes Game MVPs following their Week 18 game against the Blue Bombers at Canad Inns Stadium in Winnipeg.
The winners are chosen following each game by the Alouettes’ coaching staff.
Offence
For the fourth time this season, Elijah Thurmon is named MVP. He caught three passes for 78 yards in the Alouettes’ season finale. He totalled 926 yards in his first year with the Alouettes.
Defence
At the end of his second season with the Alouettes, Alain Kashama is named MVP for the first time this season. He recorded two tackles in addition of two sacks. He led the Alouettes with eight sacks in 2007.
Special teams
Walter Spencer is honoured as MVP for the fourth time this season. In addition of a good defensive game with one tackle, he registered four tackles on special teams.
