MONTREAL – Montreal Alouettes head coach Marc Trestman issued the following statement on Thursday following the official naming of Scott Milanovich as head coach of the Toronto Argonauts.
“Scott has been extremely instrumental in the success of our football team the last four years. He has impacted our offence greatly and has contributed to Anthony Calvillo’s success. I wish him all the best.”
Milanovich has spent the last five seasons on the Alouettes coaching staff, including the last three as offensive coordinator. He helped the team win consecutive Grey Cups in 2009 and 2010.
