Uzooma Okeke

2014 – Okeke is in his 19th season with the Alouettes and ninth as a scout since retiring as a player prior to the 2007 season. His responsibilities include evaluating current professional and free agent players, assisting with the team’s yearly draft preparations, weekly advance scouting, and tracking NFL transactions.

He played 13 years in the CFL, including the last 10 in Montreal, where he won the 2002 Grey Cup. He was named the CFL’s Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman in 1999. He will be inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in September 2014. He resides in Texas with his wife Tracey and two daughters, Cayla and Lauren.
