Highlights:
2025: Moved north to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, appearing in training camp and recording six kickoff returns for 154 yards in their second pre-season game against Toronto. Phillip was part of the Ticats ‘final cuts on June 1.
2024: Phillip signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as a non-drafted free agent and was with the team until the end of training camp. He recorded 27 kickoff returns in pre-season action.
College:
2018-23: Phillip suited up in a school record 65 games at Kansas State and hauled in 182 receptions for 2,127 yards and 14 touchdowns. The playmaker added 57 punt returns for 712 yards and four majors while earning First-Team All-Big 12 in 2020 and Second-Team All-Big 12 in 2022. Phillip is high on the school’s all-time record books: he sits fourth in receptions, seventh in receiving yards and is tied for seventh in receiving touchdowns.
