2022: Signed with the Alouettes on October 20th

2019: Selected in the second round (17th overall) of the 2019 CFL Draft by the Stampeders and signed on May 13.

| Career

2022: Participated in the last two games of the season and made two defensive tackles. Ellis blocked a punt in the final regular season game of 2022 in Toronto and he scooped up the ball in the end zone for a touchdown.

| College

Sixth-year defensive lineman. He took advantage of the extra year of eligibility granted by the NCAA to become a “Super Senior”. He was named team captain for the 2021 season. He played in 35 games in his Gamecock career over the past four seasons including 22 as a starter. He earned 81 career tackles including 8.5 for loss.
