With the school and civil football seasons approaching, we would like to highlight the participation of four organizations to the new MontréAls Certification pilot program. The Laval Dragons, La Prairie Diablos, Charles-Lemoyne College Dynamiques and the St-Joseph High School Patriotes have committed to promoting the values of Attitude, Learning and Safety. The Alouettes will reward the four teams in different ways to thank them for instilling the team’s values and philosophy in their young players to help football grow in Quebec. This pilot program is complete for the 2018 season.

Teams will receive:

  • Official Montreals helmet stickers for the players
  • Official contracts signed by General Manager Kavis Reed
  • An Alouettes player at your practice (selected teams will be chosen at random)
  • Dedicated area in the Alouettes newsletter
  • Player cards and personalized videos directly from Alouettes players
  • Award ceremony: Attitude, Learning, Safety
  • Exclusive reserved spots for parents at the Alouettes Family Clinics

Coaches will receive MontreAls Certification t-shirts, a MontreAls Certification banner as well as a Coaches Guide that includes exercises regarding every position in football. Also included is information on nutrition, leadership, management, and more. Moreover, coaches will be invited to attend Youth Coaches’ Day and have the opportunity to discuss and share ideas with Alouettes coaches during a Q & A session.
