Receivers Coach

2017 – Justin Chapdelaine joins the offensive staff as the new Receivers Coach, following a season where he held the same position with the University of Calgary Dinos, helping the team reach the Vanier Cup.

Chapdelaine is already familiar with the club’s staff as well as the majority of players he will be coaching next year, as he attended the Alouettes’ training camp last June, as a guest coach.

The 25-year-old coach was previously an Assistant Coach with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2015. After playing for five years at Queen’s University (two as a quarterback and three as a receiver), Justin became the Running Backs Coach at Simon Fraser University.

Chapdelaine will have the opportunity to work closely with a deep and solid receivers grouo, which includes seasoned veterans S.J. Green, Nik Lewis as well as Samuel Giguère, who just experienced his best season in professional football.
