What happens if I can’t attend a game?
- Notify your account manager: Thanks to the Ticket Exchange Program, you can transfer unused tickets towards another game and bring additional friends or family members… and avoid burning those unused tickets!
- You can resell your tickets directly on the Alouettes portal and then receive a credit equal to the value of your individual tickets.
- Transfer your tickets to someone in your circle and let them enjoy the experience of an Alouettes game!

- Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
When should I expect to have access to my membership?
- Your season tickets will be available electronically on your Alouettes portal before the 2026 season kicks off.
