RDS will air In the Nest !

IN THE ALOUETTES NEST

RDS announced the return of “In the Alouettes nest”, which is a four-part behind-the-scenes documentary that will focus on the players, coaches and management during training camp and the regular season. Thanks to special behind-the-scenes access, RDS will be able give fans an unprecedented look at the shaping of the football team.

“We’re excited about the return of ‘In the Alouettes nest’ in 2022. Not only will we be able to follow the team on the field, but we will also have coverage inside the locker room. The talented teams at RDS and at the Alouettes will make fans feel all kinds of strong emotions in 2022,” said Alouettes president Mario Cecchini. “Every detail is important in football and Quebecers will have the opportunity to witness that during these episodes that will show everything that happens behind-the-scenes with their favourite team.”

Part one of the documentary will air on Thursday, June 9th, which is right before the first game of the regular season. Three other 30-minute episodes will air during the season.

RDS, which is the exclusive broadcaster of the CFL and the Alouettes, will broadcast roughly 50 games in 2022 including the 18 regular-season matchups involving the Alouettes, each playoff game and the 109th Grey Cup.

Tuesday, May 3rd at 8pm, Didier Orméjuste will host a 2022 CFL Draft special. Former Alouettes Pierre Vercheval and Bruno Heppell will be providing analysis on each team’s draft pick.

Thursday, June 9th at 8pm, RDS will have a preview of the upcoming season, where they’ll break down every team in the league. That same night, the Alouettes will open their regular season at 9pm against the Stampeders in Calgary. There will also be a 30-minute pregame that before each Als game.
