While discussions with the Québec Public Health are evolving positively concerning the number of spectators admitted to the stadium for our first home game on August 27th presented by TELUS, our president Mario Cecchini gives us an update on the situation and on the upcoming ticket sales.
Will season ticket members be able to attend games in 2021?
The latest discussions suggest that all of our season ticket members should be able to attend all games this season. Some members may be relocated to meet social distances, but we are talking about a small impact on a small percentage of tickets.
How will Flex Pack holders be able to use their tickets in 2021?
Once season ticket members have been placed, we will give Flex Pack holders the opportunity to choose the games they wish to use their tickets for. They will also be able to select their seats from the available inventory. The same will apply to people who have already purchased individual tickets for the home opener.
When will individual tickets be available for purchase?
As soon as Public Health officially announces the number of spectators allowed at our stadium, we will put individual tickets on sale for all 2021 season games according to the remaining inventory (once season ticket members and Flex Pack holders are set). This date should be coming up very soon now, and we look forward to welcoming all of you to the stadium in 2021.
Is it possible to book individual tickets in advance?
It is not possible to book in advance, but it is possible to register on our free pre-sale list. People on this list will have the opportunity to buy their tickets during a pre-sale that will take place a few days before the general public sale.
When will the tickets (all types of tickets) be sent?
I would like to remind you that in order to better take into account the sanitary conditions, but also for a more ecological approach aiming at reducing the printing of tickets and thus the use of paper, all tickets (season, Flex, individual, etc…) will be 100% digital. More information on this subject will be sent to you very soon.
