COVID-19: A message from the Alouettes

Dear fans,

The entire world, including Canada and Quebec, has been on hiatus for the past few days in order to rapidly respond to the health crisis caused by the coronavirus.

It was evident that the sports world would be affected, not only to protect the health of players themselves, but also to avoid large gatherings of people and thus reduce, and hopefully stop the spread of this virus.

The Alouettes organization takes the situation very seriously. As of last week, we have followed government recommendations regarding our employees and the reduction of physical encounters.

However, it is imperative for us not to panic. All these important measures have the sole purpose of protecting the population and allowing a rapid return to normal.

Although the CFL has proceeded to cancel the latest combines, our scouting team remains active to assess potential young talent across North America. Our teams remain mobilized to prepare the start of our season and offer you great performances on and off the field.
We promise to keep you informed of future developments as needed.

In the meantime, take care of yourself and your loved ones, and continue to follow your Alouettes on our website, via our newsletter and on our social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram et Youtube). We will keep posting informative and interesting content to keep you informed on the evolution of the situation, but also to provide some entertainment in this exceptional time.

Again, thank you for your unconditional support, and we can’t wait to be back on the field even stronger for our future football season.
