A special visit from the Alouettes to the Christine Lespérance school in Winnipeg


Winnipeg – As part of the 103rd Grey Cup festivities which will take place in Winnipeg, team President and CEO Mark Weightman as well as the team’s cheerleader squad and Bruno Heppell have visited the students of École Christine Lespérance, a francophone school in Manitoba’s capital on Friday.

The visit have started off with a Q&A session, followed by a cheerleader routine. The team members have visited every classroom where the students have received gifts. The organization have also supported the school’s Movember campaign, which funds programs focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity.
