Alouettes lead East with 10 All-Stars

MONTREAL – The Canadian Football League announced on Thursday the 2012 East Division All-Stars and the Alouettes lead the division with a league-high ten selections.

Quarterback:  ANTHONY CALVILLO (10th selection)
East Division All-Star: 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012

Receiver:  S.J. GREEN (2nd selection)
East Division All-Star: 2011 and 2012

Tackle:  JOSH BOURKE (5th selection)
East Division All-Star: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012

Guard:  SCOTT FLORY (11th selection)
East Division All-Star: 2002-2012

Centre:  LUC BRODEUR-JOURDAIN (1st selection)
East Division All-Star: 2012

Defensive End:  JOHN BOWMAN (3rd selection)
East Division All-Star: 2009, 2010 and 2012

Linebacker:  CHIP COX (4th selection)
East Division All-Star: 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012

Linebacker:  SHEA EMRY (1st selection)
East Division All-Star: 2012

Defensive back:  DWIGHT ANDERSON (1st selection)*
East Division All-Star: 2012

Safety:  KYRIES HEBERT (1st selection)
East Division All-Star: 2012

*Dwight Anderson was named a West Division All-Star in 2009 and 2010.

Divisional All-Stars were chosen by Football Reporters of Canada (FRC) members, CFL head coaches and CFL fans from across the country.

With the announcement of both the East and West All-Stars results, fans are now invited to vote for the 2012 CFL All-Star Team at CFLAllStars.com. Voting reopens today and closes on Sunday, November 11, prior to kickoff of the Eastern Semi-Final at 1 p.m. The CFL All-Stars will be announced in early December.
