Christmas At The Shriners

While four Alouettes’ players are touring the province for the CN Adopt An Alouette program, several other players will be visiting the Shriners Hospital to spend
time with sick children this Tuesday, Dec. 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Ian Allen, Bryan Chiu, Patrick Dorvélus, Scott Flory, Sylvain Girard and two cheerleaders, Shana and Alexandra, will be on site for the event. They will sign autographs, take pictures and celebrate the Holidays with the children of Shriners’ Hospital.
“Even if it’s only a few hours of our day, we know it will mean the world to the kids,” said Allen, who has a daughter of his own. “We know it’s not always easy for them and just to see them smile makes it very rewarding for us.”
The Alouettes find original ways to continue their community involvement throughout the year with several programs and different projects.

Media interested in attending the event can contact Guylaine Ouellet of Shriners’ Hospital at 514-282-6990.
