MONTREAL - Sure, fans young and old can go to Percival Molson Stadium to live the Alouettes’ experience, but what if it came to them?
Once again this fall, one lucky Montreal-area neighborhood will see the Alouettes experience land in their backyard. The second-annual Alouettes Festival will be coming to Parc Catherine-Bousquet in Repentigny on Sunday, September 15. The day-long event will kick-off at 11:30 a.m. with the first of two kids’ football games featuring the Repentigny Rhinos, beginning with the Atom level game following by the Mosquito game.
The games will be packaged like real Alouettes home games with everything from the players running out of the giant inflatable helmet, to a half time show, and even performances by the Alouettes Cheerleaders! There will also be games and face painting for children.
