St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, June 6, 2008 – The following is the daily report for the Alouettes’ training camp for Day 6.

 

Lambert

Guard Paul Lambert looked extra tough today, as he hit the field with a fresh set of stitches to his face following some accidental contact with defensive tackle Devone Claybrooks yesterday.

 

The light at the end of the soccer complex…

The Alouettes were finally able to practice outside today for the first time this training camp. With the sun shining, the player took to the fields onsite at the Campus du Fort St-Jean.

 

Special teams

The Alouettes held two practices today, with special teams taking over in the afternoon.

 

One player gone

Tackle Adam O’Connor left training camp today.

 

Tomorrow’s schedule

The Alouettes will hold two split practices tomorrow. The first one will be at 8:20 a.m. and the second one will be at 2:30 p.m. The location will be confirmed in the early morning.
